We will focus on health learning some key strategies for real transformation and positive steps to be healthier. By utilizing The Daniel Plan workbook, an appetizing approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle, we are encouraged to get healthier together by optimizing the five key essentials of Faith: nurturing your soul; Food: enjoying God’s abundance; Fitness: strengthening your body; Focus: renewing your mind; and Friends: encouraging each other.
